These Programs are based on an aggressive approach to social and economic growth with new parameters.

National Priorities

Nations consist of philosophy and people. The landmass, water, minerals, air and other natural resources simply sustain the philosophy and the people.

The philosophy determines whether the nation grows or declines, whether the population lives in relative comfort and various other important matters relating to security and stability and so on. People behave according to the philosophy they hold and believe in. Nations do likewise. Nations behave according to the accepted philosophy of the government. There can be a few exceptions, no rule is infallible, however it can be argued that nations have the ability to support their population: and when they do not the cause of such a situation is belief in a faulty philosophy.

The last half-century has demonstrated that existing accepted philosophy by many governments is not working; and does not support the aspirations of citizens. There remain serious questions respecting programs under consideration for development by many nations with regard to critical social, economic and political issues. Basic philosophies control and may severely limit natural growth and development. A cautious review on various issues is warranted to investigate the possibility of the need for a new direction in philosophy.

All nations face issues of security and stability. Additional significant issues that face many nations include economic development, employment, replacement and expansion of basic infrastructure, financing advanced education, stability in the provision of housing and low cost housing, the enhancement and provision of quality health care and the list goes on. It is common today that some governments and business approach many of these issues as insurmountable, impossible problems.

Many governments plan to fail in the sense that they determine in advance the sufficiency of available funds. They then set about to plan a health, education, infrastructure or housing plan based on insufficient funding. This is an invisible constraint. When a government is considering a project they should be taking into consideration the basic tenets of planning, organization, staffing, direction and control.  The basis of any decision will then be the best plan they can develop.  The situation then becomes a matter of working out the detail of accomplishing the desired result including dealing with the financing or developing stages.

The program modules are based on an aggressive approach to social and economic growth with new parameters. They are universal based and inclusive, intended to focus on an approach beneficial to the general public and the business community.  The wealth of any nation depends on the development of the population in critical areas necessary for comprehensive participation. There are many methods of accomplishing this.

Nations can do much better. Top professionals, including businesspersons and politicians as well as sports people do not become complacent, nor do they compare their successes or skill levels with others. Comparisons with others create an invisible barrier over which they cannot reach. Nations are not comparable. All nations have the resources to develop programs based on their existing situation.

An initial philosophy that must be accepted by all nations is simply that the nation (the entire land mass and resources) and the economy of the nation belong to the citizens. This notion is not in conflict with the notion of private property, a work ethic, saving and investment and so on.  This philosophy that the economy belongs to the people simply stated is that the economy created by land, capital and labour: investment and participation of the workforce must support all the population. National priorities must be established that include the opportunity for citizen participation in building the economy as well as participation in the success of that economy.

The reason for this web site is to offer a range of philosophies that will provide the methodology and the opportunity for a new direction.  This web site results from a study carried on over many years of many developing nations. This work has been a work in progress for many years.

The modules developed deal with philosophies, concepts and strategies for important national needs and services. A single module can be blended within current plans.
