Hypnosis is a common experience.
We are in and out of some level of hypnosis every day.
When you have been driving
and having arrived at your destination; you could not recall the
trip, you have been in hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a very interesting, relaxing and comfortable
state of mind. Self
hypnosis is similar to deep relaxation or some might say meditation.
Hypnosis or hypnotherapy can be helpful for many
positive improvements and changes such as nail biting, study habits,
fears, stress or anxiety; self confidence, athletics and sports;
exercise programs, motivation, insomnia, smoking, diet and weight
loss, concentration, focus and the list goes on.
Pretty well anything we think about can be improved or
changed with hypnosis.
Normal Session fees are $100.00 to $125.00.

These Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or over the next
four or five months. You may choose to combine the Sessions with a
single theme such as weight loss; or you may choose to select two or
more themes such as exercise, diet, motivation and study habits or
some other combination.
For the most part, the average hypnosis session requires about 40 –
50 minutes and it is quite common that the average client only
requires one session for most any change or situation of improvement
they wish to make or respond to.
To ensure that you will feel comfortable and at ease, you are
invited to bring a friend along with you for your session.
