THE GOMBURG BROWN & CO PROGRAM

Welcome to the Gomburg Brown & Co Program.

This Program results from a study began in 1996 with a goal of discovering practical methods to assist undeveloped nations to grow. This activity was renewed in 2006. President Mbeki of South Africa in a presentation before the United Nations, September 19, 2006 spoke about the problems of developing countries and their lack of support by the developed countries. He referred to "those who populate the poorest part of the regions of the world – Africa – have boldly declared that this will be an African Century." The writer agrees. Africa would seem to abound with all the required resources necessary for phenomenal growth.

The Program includes a variety of economic concepts and strategies that are designed to reduce the cost of government, stabilize government finance, greatly reduce the cost of advanced education and infrastructure, stabilize the housing and real estate markets, essentially do away with foreclosures, reduce the cost of health care and reduce poverty.

The program was designed to create wealth essentially from nothing. Some nations in Africa and beyond have low literacy, low infrastructure and so on. The program assumes a required level of security and stability. You will find the basic principles that apply to undeveloped nations also apply to the most highly developed nations.

One of the most basic principles of social economics is misunderstood or unknown to many economists. Citizens are the base of the economy; their ability to purchase and consume products keeps the economy operating. Understanding this reflects the responsibility of government to 1) Provide an opportunity for all citizens to participate in the economy through employment and 2) Ensure that all citizens have the ability to consume.

These are not give-a-way theories. This will get everyone carrying their own weight. This will lighten the load for all as it causes the economy to become more efficient and effective.

In North American terms, likely similar in many other nations; The value of a job in money creates an equal value in taxes every twenty-four to thirty months. Jobs create the economic cycle. The economic cycle creates much needed taxes, interest, profits, and so on that results in additional wealth throughout any nation. The Gomburg Brown Full Employment (JOB) Program causes the population to create the jobs from large and small efforts.

We recommend a focus on products and services that can be exported. This will bring in money from other nations, as it has already created the value and wealth within the domestic economy.

The Program

Gomburg Brown & Co. has designed a unique generic social, economic development program. The Program contains six core modules designed to direct an economy toward goals in social / economic growth and stability. This Program can be blended into any government current social, economic programs as a background paper in support of existing programs. The concepts and strategies of this program are positive, broad based, low cost and cost effective.

The Program modules deal with full employment and universal economic development policy, infrastructure including low cost housing, education including funding advanced education and advancing health care. This program will produce strong short and medium term effects on the economy and in the long term will impact on total social /economic growth. These modules are flexible and can be implemented and managed as aggressively or not as suits the existing conditions and the proposed plan of growth.

A philosophy is essential that facilitates the involvement of citizens to participate and encourages established business to expand. Every nation needs numbers of small and medium size businesses’ engaged in a broad range of activities. They also need a number of businesses’ capable of the manufacture and production of goods and services to support infrastructure required for economic and social growth.

All programs require funding. The problem that often exists is not simply the requirement for a great deal of funds. The problem rests in how the funds are managed, how the programs are established and monitored. This program will require less backup funding than might be expected. The funds required for this Program are an investment and not a cost. The majority of these funds will be recoverable.

Gomburg Brown & Co. will develop a program based on these modules to suit any set of existing circumstances. We will provide a start-up and initiation of the program or any module of the program tailored to suit. We will provide an independent monitoring on each module of the Program as requested. These modules will prove beneficial and can be adapted to the conditions and circumstances of either a developing nation or a developed nation.

The Gomburg Brown Program consists of the following modules.

1. Employment Program. The program is based on a low cost employment program that consists of an opportunity for an individual or company to establish a new business or expand an existing business in any geographic location within the jurisdiction. This program will provide appropriate funds to establish the business or infrastructure up to fifty percent or more to satisfy requirements. (You decide the percentage) Funds should relate to the value and number of permanent jobs to be created. Depending on local conditions and urgency all aspects of the program can be adjusted to meet the needs of the local people involved.

2. Universal low cost infrastructure program available to government departments and agencies as well as municipalities. The Program provides for renewals and new projects. This program will increase government capability of creating and finalizing necessary projects at substantially lower cost.

3. Universal broad based housing program. This is a low cost program designed to stabilize the housing industry as it encourages the construction of appropriate numbers of housing in all categories.

4. Universal advanced education student loan program that recognizes the significance of the investment and contribution students make to the community and the social/ economic quality and stability. The Program will provide students a comfortable education without undue debt through this low cost program.

5. Universal health care program. This program is based on the construction of world class medical facilities in appropriate geographic locations. The program is based on taking aggressive control of the benefits and cost of health care in all categories, including education, construction, furniture, equipment and appliances, provision of drugs and manufacturing. Government to effectively take control of cost and availability of required processes and resources of all kinds. A component of this cost reduction and availability of qualified professionals is the introduction of competition in categories as required as well as provision of all aspects of materials and resources of all kinds from the local economy as and when possible. Health care, contrary to much public opinion, is a local service and must be managed by local government.

The basis of all Gomburg Brown Programs is universality. This brings every citizen into economic growth. The Gomburg Brown Programs represent a focus on the survival categories of social/ economics. The underlying goal of the programs is to enhance stability and security for the middle class within the nation and provide ample employment, modern education and quality health care. The implementation of these Programs will bring about an almost immediate comprehensive permanent economic transformation. The programs are complementary and interconnected.

Each of these programs can be fine tuned and modelled to your specifications. Gomburg Brown & Co will assist you in your nation state or province with respect to the implementation of these programs.
